What is my TikTok channel about? My channel features tips & tricks for negotiating compensation, boardroom war stories, and corporate humor.

What’s my background? For 10+ years I was an executive at both private and public companies. When I started, I had no idea how to negotiate senior job offers and I left literally millions of dollars on the table. Now I’m sharing what I’ve learned to help others maximize their compensation, including true war stories and snippets from my own career.

What’s with the lip syncing? Here’s the thing. Before I was an executive, I was a game show host of a music-themed game show. Maybe it’s this side shining through, but I figured I’d spice up my content with sing-a-longs and deconstructions of negotiation scenes from movies. TikTok seems to like it, so I’ll keep doing it till someone tells me to stop. Then I’ll do it more.
